Return & Repair Policy
I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but understand that sometimes things appear different online than they are in reality. For that reason, returns will be accepted within 15 days of item purchase. Steele Magnolia Designs will not reimburse the original shipping fee, nor the return shipping. Returns for items damaged in transit will not be accepted. Please read all details (especially about measurements) before purchasing.

All of my woven jewelry is created using beading thread with a thermally bonded coating. This thread is super strong, waterproof, and has little to no stretch. That being said, things happen. Should a piece of jewelry you purchased from Steele Magnolia Designs break, I am more than happy to repair it. If I determine that the piece broke due to an error in my finishing process, I will happily repair it for free. If it seems as though the piece was damaged due to negligence, there will be a service rate as well a charge for any materials needed to rework the piece. Please keep in mind that many woven pieces are continuous in length, meaning that I cannot simply repair one portion; I may have to rework the entire piece.
In addition to repairing my own jewelry, I do have the ability to repair some other jewelry items as well. I typically charge a base rate for the labor and then add material costs. You will be provided an estimated cost and time frame up front and I will work to ensure that I get your piece back to you in a timely manner and on a reasonable budget.
