First published in the February/March 2017 issue of Beadwork Magazine, the instructions for this pattern have been altered slightly since then. The initial project used monofilament cording to construct floral pieces that were then stitched together. To create this version of the In Bloom bracelet, the seed beads and SuperDuos are stitched together using thread and two needles in a continuous cross-weave stitch.
Although there are detailed instructions for this project with a photo for each step, you will need to know the basics of working with a needle and thread. Skills like tying knots are used in the creation of this bracelet, but are not covered in detail in the PDF.
To complete this project, you will need the following materials:
Czech Glass SuperDuo Beads - about 16g
8/0 Miyuki Seed Beads - about 10g
Beading Needles x 2
6Lb Beading Thread
PLEASE NOTE: Exact colors used are not listed in the PDF instructions.
