When I first began making jewelry collections using Czech glass SuperDuo beads, I made one style of bracelet and one coordinating pair of earrings. As the lines expanded, I got more and more requests for necklaces to match the other pieces. Hence, the concho pendant was created - and it became an instant bestseller.
To create the centerpiece of this necklace, I wove together glass beads that fade from matte black to shades of grey and then finally to silver. A Swarovski crystal is suspended in the center for a hint of a sparkly surprise. The 1-and-1/4 inch pendant is nested between two pieces of antique silver plate fine cable chain.
The necklace is adjustable between 17 and 20 inches. It has a trigger clasp for closure. All metals used in this piece are lead safe and nickel free.
